Many iPhone users have shared Tweets reporting that they got an unsolicited "notification ad" from Apple Pay (Wallet app) (e.g. https://x.com/jbillinson/status/1937508135343649189 ). Apparently, the Wallet app in ios 26 (beta) has an option to "turn off" such ads (by toggling the "Offers & Promotions" in Wallet Notification).
