I'm currently running a business called SurTax, a services company that focuses on helping commercial property owners save money on their taxes by identifying potential refunds on Direct Assessments and Special Assessments. We have access to the most precise data available to determine which properties can benefit from our services, and we've already laid the groundwork for significant success.

The commercial property tax refund market has huge potential, with our competitors refunding around $20 million a year collectively. However, there's still approximately $40 million a year in untapped refunds, and I believe SurTax can capture a significant portion of this market with the right strategy and execution.
