Im sure the guy who just stole hundreds of the most highly classified documents in the country and faced zero repercussions for doing so will be kept in line by this vaguely worded agreement.
Yeah, sure whetaver he had were "the most highly classified documents in the country". Maybe even had the location of Jimmy Hoffa and the names of Lee Harvey Oswald's collaborators.
And he faced "zero repercussions", not because the search was a politically motivated show with no substance, but because he's too powerful (but bizarelly also not powerful enough to prevent the raid).
