No, it is a Skull Canyon NUC from 2016 (with an i7-6770HQ), see https://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/pc-mac-desktops/int... for a description (I think this https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/boards-kits... is the Intel product page). Intel is using the Canyon word for their range of powerful NUCs (Skull Canyon, Hades Canyon, etc. and the upcoming Ghost Canyon).
