I'll grant you that there are more details to the user's problems -- that $300 is scandalous, and I grant that too -- but it's still not the point of the post. If you want to say that he shouldn't have posted because he gave an incomplete picture, then I suggest you read some of his other posts to see where this fits in. That's the best I can do.
